Hi! I’m Jaden.
I work as a Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach for busy locals.
I was born and raised in Victoria B.C., and My passion is bringing value to our community by helping people launch their fitness journeys without the need for public gyms.
With thousands of 1-1 training sessions under my belt, I serve my clients by taking the guesswork out of fitness & nutrition, and helping them master the fundamentals.
Before I began coaching professionally, I explored the world of exercise in many disciplines.

The In-Home Personal Training Process
1. Our Consultation
First things first, we will get to know one another!
When we meet, we will talk about all things you.
We will discuss your training history, goals, trouble areas, schedule, and more. And we will see if we are a good fit.
If we are a good match, we will schedule a complimentary fitness and nutrition assessment.
Our consultation can take place wherever is most convenient for you.
2. Fitness + Nutrition Assessment
During your assessment, I will guide you through a simple workout designed to identify strong points and trouble spots so that I can build the correct plan for you.
Unlike the high-school beep test, UPLFT Assessments are low pressure sessions, designed to be casual, thorough, and fun!
After our workout we will chat about your nutrition, and discuss basic goals, tactics, and strategies that fit your lifestyle.
3. Personal Plan + Engaging Sessions
This is where the fun begins.
After your assessment, I will craft a bespoke plan, suited to your needs and goals.
We will meet 2-4 times per week for 1-1 sessions to tackle your plan together!
Every session will be unique, and tailored to your specific training program to keep things fresh and engaging.
I will bring the energy, the workouts, and the equipment.
Your only job will be to show up, and have fun!
4. Ongoing Support & Accountability
It helps to have someone in our corner when pursuing important goals.
When you work with me, you will benefit from built-in accountability and exclusive UPLFT Resources to accelerate your progress.
You will also get full-time access to my personal line to reach out with questions , and ask for tips.
With personalized support, you will never be alone or in the dark on your fitness journey.
And as a team, we will make sure you crush all of your goals, while having a blast and celebrating milestones the entire way!

A full home gym in NOT required.
While I recommend investing in basic equipment (resistance bands, adjustable dumbbells, yoga mat, etc.) It is not needed.
I bring all of the necessary equipment to you.

I do have experience in guiding individual through physiotherapist prescribed exercises and their rehab journeys.

I do provide injury diagnoses or prescribe any rehabilitation protocols.
